PROCESSING ORDERS & PAYMENT

-Platter boxes, platter boards, sugar cookies, cupcakes, muffins

Your order will be confirmed once full payment is recieved.

We require 48 hours (2 days) notice, if you have a last minute request please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to try accommodate.

We try our best to replicate our platter boxes as you see them in our photos however, we may need to substitute some products in your box without notice due to availability.

-Grazing tables

Your order will be confirmed once 50% deposit is recieved, the remainder of the payment MUST be made one week before your chosen date.

If you wish to cancel your grazing table, you must cancel before 7 days however you will forfeit the deposit already paid.

DIETARY/ALLERGY REQUIREMENTS

If there is any dietary or allergy requirements we must be notified and we will do our best to try accomodate. We are not a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen, we do offer these options however there is a possibility of cross-contamination. 

PICK-UP/DELIVERY

We offer free contactless pick up from Cranbourne, VIC 3977

Delivery / shipping fees only available within 30km from our kitchen in Cranbourne and the fees will be calculated at the checkout.

Deliveries always available Fridays & Saturdays.

Our drivers will contact you or your recipent if no one is home to accept delivery, if we aren't able to make contact then your order will be left at the door where it is safe to do so.

BULK ORDERS

If you wish to order a large amount of one of our products we will need at least 3 weeks notice.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order you must do so at least 7 days prior to pick-up/delivery, you will receive a credit of the same value of your order

CONSUMPTION

All products MUST be consumed within 3 hours from pick-up/delivery time following government rules and regulations.

If you or anyone is to consume products outside of the 3 hours GRAZEWITHU shall not be liable for any injury, sickness or damage whatsoever.

REFUNDS

Due to our products being perishable we will not accept any refunds unless we give or deliver the wrong product to you.
